Wake Up! Stop repeating and re-living the Nightmare of fear and selfishness. Please, Wake Up!
Breathe and Exhale Deeply Ten Times. Today Resurrect the Loving You.
Don't Go Back to Sleep! Wake Up!
Give Thanks. Listen with Compassion. Offer Forgiveness. Assist with Healing.
Sing. Dance. Live. Love. Hope. Have Faith.
Embrace the Creator's Mystery. Together Love, and Give Thanks!
