The Last Stand of Tyrants

Beloveds---

For all that we are, have, hope to be or hope to achieve, let us give thanks to Our Blessed Creator of Every Uni-Verse.  For it Is through Our Blessed Creator that we are given  Good Potential and Love for All!

Breathe Deeply Ten Times.  In Love.  Out Good Potential with actions of Unselfish Love.   In Love.  Out Good Potential with actions of Unselfish Love.   In Love.  Out Good Potential with actions of Unselfish Love.

May we live this day, and every day growing in awareness; and walk as beings of  compassionate appreciation and understanding.

May we Honor our Elders with unconditional Love; for they have shown us the way, and held the space for our Awakening. They are our important  Teachers.

Let us also thank each remarkable being that shares strength,  courage, and joy or teaches us lessons that help us grow in Love. There are many heroines and heroes  among us!

Even as these times on Earth reveal a schism of selfishness,  there is a mass Awakening of sentient beings expressing their true Loving selves.  Miracles lay strewn in every path we walk; bringing us new gifts.

Unfortunately this is also a time of intense agony for those suffering in the  mire of fear and dis-connected from Divine Spirit. Tyrants around the world will  continue to try to assert their ungodly will as they take their last stand.

Still everywhere we can feel the ecstasy of Earth Angels awakening and  soaring with the Spirit of compassion and Love.

Though many are  experiencing the most dire of circumstances, our Children will continue to act  as Beacons of Light. Nurture and pay attention to the children. They bring us  hope and Loving wonder. Through the innocence of our children, we are often  inspired with new Faith.

Every day, small seeds of wisdom are given to us through our  willingness to accept Divine Grace. We have new opportunity every day to grow in  awareness, respect, and Love for eachother.

Again, Breathe Deeply.  In Love.  Out Good Potential with actions of Unselfish Love.

Today please re-member that  Love is a verb---an action word. It can also be an adjective or a noun.

As each one of us becomes Love, we also become a heroine or hero.  Together as we blossom, we will flourish and multiply in goodness.

And  through Goodness, Heaven On Earth will be restored. This is the word of  LOVE!

Deeper Understanding

Beloveds---

In the Time of material greed, corruption, and religious wars, there was a Woman who had traveled far and faced many demons. Along the way she had made some good decisions; and some bad decisions that offered good lessons. She had helped many people but when she thought she needed help, no one was there. She felt disappointed and terribly alone. She prayed for Deeper Understanding.

One day a Wise Man came to her in a dream. He held her hand and wiped her tears. He sat quietly with her and watched the Stars as they glistened in the darkness. The Wise Man said to the Woman "Trust in the Light - Trust in the Spirit - Know that you will always be a part of who I AM and a part of ME."

The Woman awakened from her dream with New Understanding; feeling safe, nurtured and Loved. She felt that the Wise Man was the G-D Living and traveling within Her.

So often the Strong Ones feel that they journey alone, trying to offer others compassion and understanding. It is important to remember that We Are Never Alone.

Breathe In Love Deeply Four Times. Exhale Love.  Remember these words in your heart. "Trust in the Light - Trust in the Spirit - Know that you will always be a part of who I AM and a part of ME."

Try to walk with Courage, Compassion, Faith, Hope, Mercy and a deeper Understanding. Always Remember, G-D is living and traveling within YOU!

I Give Thanks!

Beloveds Radiant  Ones---

I Breathe  and Exhale Deeply Four Times  and clear my mind and my heart of all my preconceived notions of how life and  this day should be.

I Give Thanks to the Master  Creator for allowing me to be on this Earth.

I  Give Thanks for waking  up today; for the  storms that have turned me and my life upside down; for the  rainbows of hope and kindness shared by children, family, friends and the  strangers who become friends.

I Give Thanks for the  shining Sun of Love that teaches me to embrace our cultural differences with Joy  and honor Elders with Loving Respect.

I Breathe Deeply in  Gratitude for the mistakes I have made which turned out to offer important  lessons of humility and taught me to have Courage to live my  dreams.

I Breathe and feel the  Spirit of Hope come Alive in my body and my heart.

I Give Thanks to All  Creations of Love and Purpose and honor Love and Purpose within  Myself.

For all that is known  and for the Eternal Mystery and Answers Hidden and Discovered Only through  Love,  I  Give Thanks!

Friends are the Fruit of Our Hearts and Family We Choose!

Beloveds---

Our Friends are the delicious fruit of our hearts.   Some fruit we experience often.  Others are a rare delicacy that we seldom have  the opportunity to savor.  Some fruit like oranges, grapefruit, kiwi or mangoes,  we must peel.  Others Friends are the apples, blueberries, and strawberries of  our hearts.  Sometimes our Friends may even be bananas!

Through Friendship we  learn that just as no fruit tastes the same;  no human has the ability or  capacity to offer us exactly what we give them.  Friends  may agree or  disagree.  Sometimes Friends may hurt eachother and need to ask for  forgiveness.  Friends may live close or far away.  They may speak often or not  at all.  Other Friends will forever be a mystery.

Most importantly, Friends are the Family We Choose.  When nurtured with space and care, our Friendships  will always remain the delicious, cherished fruit of our hearts.

I Breathe Ten  Times.  I Inhale Deeply.  I Exhale Joyfully.

Today I Am Grateful for Every  Friendship that has blossomed, shared and taught me to honor and value the Grace and Mystery of Unconditional Love through the Many Seasons of Our  Lives.

Reflecting on Civil Rights, My Mother, Hope and Spirituality: Often I Feel As If I Have Failed!

Reflecting on Civil Rights, My Mother, Hope and Spirituality: Often I Feel As If I Have Failed!
By Rev. Melony McGant edited by H. Daniel Mujahid

I was nurtured in the womb with compassion and birthed by a Woman of Courage in times of Great Change. As a child I made mudpies filled with hope; picked blueberries with joy, learned to swim in the ocean and climbed apple and acorn trees in search of wisdom. When I fell, the Woman of Courage hugged me and nurtured my cuts and bruises.  I was a wild child dancing through fields of grass and flowers, chasing butterflies in the morning.  As a child in the early 60’s I met Pete Seeger when I was at the Blueberry Cove Camp (Maine).  I will always remember his warmth, his laughter and his beautiful, Generous Spirit! I am still singing a song he taught us---"This Land Is Your Land, This Land Is My Land!"

Looking back I realize that as a child, I learned to read and travel the World through books! At night I imagined what life would be like if I could ride on the moon and share my toys with other children in the sparkling stars.

The Woman of Courage laughed and taught me to write stories and use my imagination. She told me I was special gift and would help make the World better. She taught me to Pray and say Thank You for my good life.

As I grew, the World kept Changing. The Woman of Courage, My Mother, Betty J. Tilman taught me to use my voice and speak out for Justice and to Serve All with Love.  She taught me to respect others and shared her dreams for Peace in the World.  We marched and sang and prayed that all children could be free to grow in Love.

The truth is, most of my life I've had to share My Mother, who lives in Pittsburgh, PA.  I shared her with great grandparents and grandparents, aunts and uncles and cousins and so many, many other people.  Often they were people of different races, religions, and cultures; with languages I didn't (and sometimes still don't) understand.

People from Africa, Asia, Europe, South America and yes, even North America took to Her Love Like white on rice, red on apples, yellow on bananas, and green on tree leaves.

Over the years that I have known her, I have discovered that countless numbers throughout the World called her a Dear Friend and named her Godmother or Aunt to their Children.

There were many times I felt left behind.  I often was. When she marched for Civil Rights in the segregated states, she left her young, willful, outspoken daughter in the safety of family friends.  When she bicycled miles and miles with the Peace and Freedom Movement or went off to study Transcendental Meditation, my thought was "What About Me?"

Today I can answer “What About Me?”  My Mother has and does use her energy, her voice and resources for equal rights for Me and All People of all cultures, race and religions. There is Miss Betty, Aunt Betty, Lady Betty, and Mom Betty but in the Castle of My Heart, she will always be the ONE who gave ME, her daughter the opportunity to Grow with Wisdom, to Shine with Confidence and Learn to Love beyond my imagination.  My Mother Will Always Be My Queen!

Looking back, I now know that I was so very Blessed to grow up in a household where learning my history, having an imagination, believing I was special and participation in the Civil Rights Movement was essential.  Sojourner Truth, Harriet Tubman, John Brown, Mary McLeod Bethune, Ralph Bunche, W.E. B. DuBois, Kwame Nkruma, Gwendolyn Brooks, Charles Drew, Katherine Dunham, Romare Bearden, Franz Fanon, Franklin Frazier, Langston Hughes, Countee Cullen, Howard Thurman, Martin Luther King, Jr., Malcolm X, Harry Belafonte, Shirley Chisolm and Barbara Jordan, James Baldwin and Paul Laurence Dunbar, Gordon Parks and Richard Wright were just a few of the many names discussed at our dinner table.

My mother Betty J. Tilman, worked for 28 years at the University of Pittsburgh as a Foreign Student Advisor, etc, (and was a founding member of the University’s African Heritage Classroom Committee,) is a Golden Heritage Member of the NAACP, and also sat on the Pittsburgh Branch NAACP board of directors for 30 years. She has been Vice-Moderator and an Elder in the Pittsburgh Presbytery. She was an activist in the Civil Rights, Peace and Freedom and the Free South Africa Movements.   As a child I attended many marches including the March on Washington where Dr. King gave his “I Have A Dream Speech, participated in the historical "Poor Peoples Campaign" (Pittsburgh).  I too belonged to the NAACP, and attended community meetings with my Mom.  Because of her involvement with the Friend's Meeting House (Quakers), in 1970, I spent the summer traveling through Ghana with the American Friends Service Committee.  I was fourteen years and came back with a real appreciation and respect for “Mother Africa!”

As a teen, I worked in the office of Pennsylvania Legislator, the Honorable K. Leroy Irvis and in the offices of a political consulting firm. As a young adult, and professional in Pittsburgh, I often volunteered on local, state and national political campaigns. I believed, and still do believe that the right to vote and live in a democratic society is a great gift!

In 1974 when I was 19, I joined the Navy.  While stationed at the Norfolk Naval Air Station I wrote for the base newspaper and later when stationed in Puerto Rico, in addition to my responsibility working at the commissary, I hosted a multi-cultural show on Armed Forces Caribbean Network.  In 1978, I returned to Pittsburgh at the age of 23 and became involved with community advocacy.   I was appointed as an NAACP board member, served on the NAACP Human Rights Dinner Committee, was editor of the NAACP News, and briefly hosted a weekly NAACP radio talk show. My poetry was published by the Pittsburgh Courier.  One piece was titled “The Unworthy, Worthy Politician”.  Even then as I do now, I questioned the unfair system and the integrity of some of our leaders.

In 1980 I relocated to West Virginia to complete my undergraduate studies at Marshall University, and later to Washington where I was awarded an internship and hired as assistant to the fundraiser (Gary Rivers) for the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation.

In 1990, after several years in NYC working for the American Management Association, I relocated back to Pittsburgh, owned my own business, and found myself involved in both a local & national movement in support of MBE/WBE programs. One of my most memorable marketing projects was a campaign for the Minority Business Enterprise Legal Defense and Education Fund (MBELDEF). I have been a feature writer for the New Pittsburgh Courier, been featured in MBE Magazine, and have written for several other publications

It is interesting to note that I now believe that one of the greatest errors of the Civil Rights Movement was for People of Color to refer to ourselves as minorities.   The definition of minority according to Random House Webster's College Dictionary is “the smaller part or number part or amount forming less than half of the whole.”  People of Color Are the Majority People in the World.  We Are Not Less Than. I believe that we should teach our Children that they are brilliant, unique and special!

My life and career mentors and supporters have included James E. Aloway, John Butler, Wilhemina Byrd Brown, Byrd R. Brown Esq., John and Gloria Brown, Katherine Dunham (legendary choreographer and founder of The Dunham Dance Company, whom I traveled with and assisted for two years), Dr. Lucinia Dunn ( Former Mayor of Tuskeegee, AL), Rev. Marcia L. Dyson, Alma Speed Fox (President, Freedom Unlimited), Mary Gloster, Sylvia Golbin Goodman (executive director of the Andrew Goodman Foundation), Dr. Donald Henderson (former Provost, University of Pittsburgh) and his wife Bebe,  Helena and John Hughes, Luddy Hayden, Elizabeth A. Hin (author and spiritual teacher), Nancy Lee (one of the founding members of the University of Pittsburgh’s African Heritage Classroom Committee), Congressman Parren Mitchell,  Rev. Donald Marbury (Senior Pastor at Ebenezer AME Church Brunswick, MD), H. Daniel Mujahid, Jackie Mullins (United Steele Workers), Dr. Sandra Murray (re-known cancer researcher), Debbe Nimick, Tyrone and Barbara Rasheed, Gabbi Russell, Nate Smith, Maida Springer Kemp (first female officer in the International Ladies Garment Workers Union and leader in the African Trade Movement), Dolores Stanton, Gretchen Wharton, Barbara Davis White, Dr. Glory Van Scott (actress, dancer, writer, producer and founder of Dr. Glory’s Youth Theatre), and many more unnamed but held in my heart.

In life I work to be patient, sincere, kind, and responsible. I believe in listening, and in providing support or encouragement to every individual.  I enjoy people of all cultures. They inspire me, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge with them. Most importantly I have a passion to serve, and to assist in the healing of hearts, so that more individuals can grow and flourish as productive members of our society.

And yet, often I pray and sit in silence asking for guidance and direction.  If you were to ask have we failed, I would say that I don't know the answer.  Racism and classism still exists in America. Integration has not been altogether welcomed. Though we have made progress, discrimination does exist.   The wounds of slavery have not healed and often permeate our interaction with each other.  A significant number of Euro-Americans still believe that many people of color deserve to be treated as second class citizens.  African Americans and other people of color are still often the last hired and first fired.  Unemployment for African-Americans doubles that of Euro-Americans.  Certainly the lack of focus on our youth, inequitable education, as well as violence, guns and drugs circulated in many communities are symptomatic of American society’s values and lack of moral compass. These facts cause me great despair.

In our society today, there is too much emphasis on the acquisition of “things” and not enough emphasis on compassion, Love and respect for each other.

Sometime I feel as If I have failed, and that my miniscule actions leave no footprints in the sands of time.  Still, there is a place deep in my heart that tells me that I am wrong.  It is only my disappointment that causes this pain in my heart to move through my body as my nerve endings become filled with acute anxiety.

What I am feeling is what many of you may be feeling.  The question some of us may be asking in this time of painful transformation is "Will Hope Be Enough for All to Re-Connect to Our Divine Source of Love?".   The Truth Is that All Sincere Unselfish Actions of Love Make this World Better!

There are moments when I daydream.  I close my eyes, trust and allow time to pass.  I breathe and exhale.  In Hope.  Out Love.  I follow the Light through the darkness.  Each step I take into my heart fills me with Grace and gives me Hope.

I vision Good Change on Earth.  Good Change is not always comfortable or easy.  Sometimes Change brings confusion and chaos.  I Breathe.  The World Is Changing.  I Am Changing.

I hold on to Faith and ask for more Courage.  I keep moving towards the Light.  I Breathe.  In Hope.  Out Love.  I thank Our Blessed Creator.  I honor Our Ancestors, Angels and Saints.

As I step into Good Change, I imagine that I become the Light.  All around me are other Lights.  We are those Spirits Awakening with Respect and Integrity.  Together We Are Breathing.  In Hope. Out Love.

My Dream for the United States and Our World continues.  I imagine that Collectively we honor our Elders and our Children. Together, we vision a World of Loving Peace where there is economic equity, good education and housing; as well as a blossoming sustenance and Good Possibility for All.  We share Lovingly.  We Forgive. We smile and decide to work together to help heal our broken hearts and our Earth/Heart.

Somewhere buttercups, tulips and magnolia trees blossom. Robins and hummingbirds sing.  The powerful voice of blue jays is heard even by dolphins and whales.  The oceans roar and the wind calls on us to Love.  And Love vibrates and spins new melodies.

Yes, even with all of our difficulties, inequity, injustices and wars, if we are to survive and prosper, we must embrace Good Change.  We must commit to work together to allow Hope, Love and New Possibility to fill the air.  It is time to continue our individual and Collective Journeys with Courage, Integrity, Purpose and Respect for Each Other.

I invite YOU to take a moment to still yourself and bow in Gratitude to for your Life of Good Purpose.  Though we have made progress, there is much we must do. Right Now, let us offer prayers for those who are lost, suffering and in need of our Compassion.  May Integrity Awaken our Humanity and allow Love to lead so that our Children thrive and grow in prosperity… may good dreams flow everywhere throughout the World.

Breathe Deeply 10 Times.  In Courage with Love, Out Integrity with Good Purpose and Love.

I pray that We All continue to learn to take greater steps on the path of Love.

With Joy, Humility and Gratitude----Let Us All Open Our hearts Breathe Deeply.

Journey of Faith

Beloveds--

Beyond  knowledge is the hope that my Faith is strong enough to face the feared and  unknown.  "How will I walk?",  I ask myself.

I  clear my mind, sit in the quiet and Breathe Deeply Ten Times.   I Breathe In Love.  I Exhale Fear.

The answer comes from the whispers of my  heart.  "First  you must have the strength and courage to Trust. Then  as Truth is revealed, you must face your fears and  offer Kindness even to the one you perceive as your enemy.

When you are able to transform your hate into  Love with forgiveness, then you will grow in understanding.

Every  change or answer you seek can be found in your ability to give up control and  walk the path of the unknowing.  It  is always through the  Journey of Faith  that we come to know Everlasting LOVE."

I Listen Deeply to the Whispers In My Heart.   I Breathe In Love.  I Exhale Love.

How Will You Live the Answer?

Beloveds---

Clear your mind, open your hearts and Breathe Deeply Ten Times.

Breathe In Love with Hope. Exhale Love With Forgiveness. In Love with Hope. Out Love With Forgiveness. In Love with Hope. Out Love With Forgiveness.

All that I write has been said before. It has been written in our Sacred Texts and lived by the gentle Angels and Masters who have come to guide us!

It is we, as a Collective that must learn to take heed.

In the World today we are focusing our resources and attention on sustaining the desires and materialist greed of the corrupt.

Too many million of us are living in poverty without adequate shelter, education or healthcare or opportunity to grow and prosper.

Too many of us have become drunk with idea of materialist success without regard for our Earth and other Sentient Beings.

Too often we listen to and obey those who incite fear and divide us with harmful conflict, terror and un-necessary wars.

Only Love with Compassion, Cooperation, Deep Listening, Forgiveness, Hope, Good Intentions, Goodwill, Mercy, Patience and Tolerance will Heal and Unite Us.

Across the Earth/Heart, We Are Many Cultures, Many Religions, Many People. We must learn to Respect EachOther, and to Support those in Need.

Our Willingness to Love One Another and to Want for Others the Good We Want for Ourselves is the Most Important Mandate of the World Today.

When will we learn to Share and Live Together in Peace with Respect and Love?

This is the Question. How Will You Live the Answer?

"We Are One Only In Love", said the Wise Ones.

Beloveds---

In my dream those who had Ascended smiled and encouraged me. "We Are One Only In Love", said the Wise Ones.  I awakened in tears.

Understanding flowed into the ocean of my heart. We have wasted thousands of years condemning, fearing and killing eachother selfishly. We Must Choose. Divine Spirit offers only the Breath of Love.

Slowly I Br
eathe Deeply Ten Times. In Love and Out Love. In Love and Out Love. In Love and Out Love. In Love and Out Love.

Today, I will share Hope even when I am told there is no room for Hope. I will honor the Wise Ones with my Faith and Good Actions. I embrace their lesson of Oneness.

No Matter the Circumstance, I have put down my sword. I walk with a desire to help, and to harm none.

I Choose to Love! I Have Awakened and Re-member We Are One Only In Love!

A Joyful Awakening!

 Beloved Radiant Ones---

Throughout Time in Every Society across Earth-Heart there has been a small minority who beguiled the Innocent and selfishly claimed power as they became seduced by evil.

Generation after generation, this minority has used hate and fear to control and subjugate humanity through conflict, wars and weapons of mass destruction. They have used Mother Earth's resources and created suffering and imbalance. They built fortresses so that they alone lived in luxury---

And Yet for The Majority, Good has prevailed and flourished like Sparkling Stars that light the Night Sky with Love.

Asking for clarity, I Breathe and Exhale Deeply and Slowly Ten Times.

In my Awakened State, I feel the Great Shift and see the Unlimited Potential of Good Shining Brightly through Broken Hearts of Love.

With humility I Honor the Master Creator of Every Uni-Verse!   In Gratitude I find the strength to embrace and serve the Awakening Good that lives in my heart and the hearts of The Majority!

Compassion, gentle truth and right words of Peace will nurture and heal our broken societies through Love!

I Breathe Again, and finding Courage and Integrity within; I offer myself as a joyful instrument of Peace and Everlasting Love.

I Wish You All A Joyful Awakening in Love!

Deciding to Love More!

Beloveds---

The Sun has not yet risen but the birds are singing of peace in the early morning dawn.  The cool breeze is like the breath of life dancing, awakening the palm trees.  I Breathe Deeply in the stiilness of each moment.

8 Times I Breathe in the air of gentle salt as the waters from the ocean tide that beckons me in the song of Love More.  I exhale deeply with each breath. HAAAAAAAAA.  The breath becomes like a rocket of gratitude that shoots through my heart and gives me the courage to feel the spirit of peace.  I Breathe in and out.  HAAAAAAAA.

I sit and watch the as the sunshine pours through the hearts of  Mothers and Fathers rising to prepare for the sons and daughters,  the grandmothers and grandfathers, the aunts and uncles, the cousins and strangers who will become friends and act as godmothers and godfathers to All Earth's Children of Love.

It takes moxie  to Breathe and Awaken; to decide to Love More.  Together we gather and sing and Pray.  We honor our Ancestors and become the rainbow tribe of Hope. Together we Breathe. HAAAAAAAA.

With each breath we breathe and believe, we are given the understanding of truth and the gift of compassion as we Love More.

We Breathe in JOY! We Exhale JOY!  HAAAAAAAAAAAA!  We Learn to Live and Love More!

May Diplomacy Bring Hope!

Beloveds---

In Deep Reflection, I must face no one but Myself.  I Breathe In Love Deeply Four Times.  As I Breathe, I Exhale Fear of the Other and Our Country's need for control.

All violent thoughts and actions, envy and greed or guns and wars said to bring Peace are based in Evil.

I pray for All Lost in the mire of violence and war.  I pray for the Innocent.

I Breathe Deeply and Exhale Ten Times.

May Diplomacy bring Hope.  No matter what goes on in the World, I have a responsibility to live with humility in Truth Inspired by Love.

Only then through the Creator's Blessings of Love am I able to see the Earth, the Sky, the Oceans, the Dolphins and Trees and Birds and Flowers and All Sentients as purposeful and interconnected in Love.

Only now as I Breathe Deeply In Love Ten Times,  in many intervals, do I feel Hopeful in a World where much of Humanity is struggling to restore itself though Love.
May we learn to always embrace the path of Diplomacy with Compassion, Patience and Love.

I Breathe Deeply and Pray!

Truth Is Rarely Popular

Beloveds,

People who scorn Integrity and Truth are often Not willing to become less selfish and change the way they live so that All Children of All Faiths on Earth/Heart will benefit.

Truth is rarely popular except when seen through the lens of the catastrophic.

I still myself in Gratitude. I ask to have the Courage and Fortitude to step into the New Day with Integrity and Truth as my constant companions.

I Breathe Deeply 8 times. I Breathe In Integrity and Truth.  I Breathe Out Love and Forgiveness.

Through Love, I have the Courage and Fortitude to live with Integrity and Truth so that Hope can exist; and All the Children of the Earth/Heart can be safe.

When we open our hearts to compassionate conversation, we will say No to bullies, guns and violence.

Then Our Children will learn and grow and live the dream of a vivid peace with a Love that prospers and can benefit All on Earth/Heart.

I Breathe In Integrity and Truth. I Breathe Out Love and Forgiveness.

Feel the Drum Beat!

Beloved Radiant Ones---

I Breathe and Exhale Deeply Ten Times as I sit, hear and feel the vibration of prayers of Buddhists, Christians, Jews and Moslems.
My heart opens Even More as I breathe and exhale again and again.
Now I feel the Drum Beat calling All Indigenous People who honor Our Mother Earth in her Majesty and Her Waters that Sustain Us.   So many people have forgotten The Mother.

I Breathe again with Appreciation and Understanding.  I Re-Member to Honor Mother Earth-Heart!

Every time we choose patience or tolerance; every act of compassion or hope; every faithful word, and action offered with unselfish Love brings Joy to the Mother and Father  Creator of the Uni-Verse.

Today as I walk to the Rhythm of the Drum, I will Breathe In Hope and Patience.  I will  Exhale Unselfish Love.

Live Your Words!

Beloveds---

The obsession of money, and firearms is an illusion of the lost mind teetering in Fear.

Money is no more than an exchange for goods and services and a resource to help educate, build beautiful, Loving communities and help those in need.

Firearms are deadly in the conversation of True Peace and a World Beyond War.

Humility, Consideration, Cooperation and Compassion are the eternal weapons offered by Spirit to nurture, heal and prosper together with Dignity and Respect.

When your Children ask you how to make the World better, tell them we must Use Our Gifts to develop a true willingness to Nurture Our Earth-Heart and Share our technology and resources with Humility, Consideration, Cooperation and Compassion.

Tell Children to Care For and Love One Another.  Do Harm to None.

Breathe Deeply Six Times.  In Love. Out Humility, Consideration, Cooperation and Compassion!

Go Now--- And Live Your Words in Grace as Lovers and Peacemakers!

Offering Prayers of Compassion!

 Beloved Radiant Ones---

Take a moment and Breathe Deeply Ten Times.  Let Us Offer Prayers for Compassion, Healing, Mercy and Peace On Earth.

There are so many natural and man-made disasters and humanitarian challenges on Earth.  Droughts, Floods, Fires and Typhoons are brought forth by Nature because of our inability to nurture and care for Our Earth present many challenges.

Mothers, Father and their Children are attempting to flee the Countries of the
ir Ancestors which lack safety and are over-run with violence. They flee in search of Hope in lands with unwelcoming immigration policies.

Missiles and guns continue to destroy the Innocent as Families Worldwide Mourn the Human Loss and "Collateral Damage" created by Unnecessary Wars.

Evil Is Corrupting Many Hearts.  At the Root of Our Earth Crisis are Ego, Greed, Selfishness and a Desire for Control and Power.

Today As Our Hearts Cry With Sorrow, and We Mourn; Let Us Offer Loving Prayers for Courage, Compassion, Forgiveness, Healing, Mercy and A True Commitment To Work Together To Bring Peace On Earth!

Breathe LOVE!

Breathe LOVE!

Each day as the sun shines gently upon your face,
you awaken to the joyful chirping of birds,
and the soft wind blowing through the window
announcing the arrival of a brand new day.

Do you give honor to the Divine?

Do you too ask to learn to open your heart...

and to feel more connected to our Earth Family?

I do and I feel your hearts opening.
With appreciation, I thank each of you for your Love.

We have the opportunity to celebrate
with renewed vigor, our desire for Peace.

With our desire comes the opportunity
to continue the practice of visualizing our Heaven On Earth.

Let us look to our seniors,
and ask that they share their stories
of life’s mysteries of both the Hardship and JOY
of the 20th Century
for we must not relive or revisit a world war.
It is the 21st Century.

We must open our hearts,
and thoughts to World Peace.

Let us renew our honor and Love
for those who have spent their lives
working to see the Loving Chalice Of Life
as always more than half full.

Each moment that we breathe,
let us create more Love,
Love enough to restructure the air
so that every breath we take is of Love.

Let us look to our children
to re-learn hope and the bliss
of understanding the mystery of a flower,
a blade of grass, the ancient knowledge of a tree,
or a bird taking flight into the sky.

Let us become committed to assuring
that all children are nourished with food and clothing
and education and Love.

Because it is through their Love that we heal.
Our children can teach us how not to fear
and to let go of our anger.

Our children intuitively and instinctively
feel only Love and Divine Oneness.

We must create an environment which nurtures
these spirits we call children having a new human experience.

Let us under and overstand
that children come to this planet
with their hearts open, hoping to teach us
to remember to breathe Love
as they provide us with the tools
of sacred healing which passes from the Divine,
through each spiritchild, to us.

These children remind us to honor Earth
and all of its sentient beings.
Through them, more and more
we extend ourselves and permeate JOY
with all members of our Earth Family.

Through children and our seniors we are reminded
that by opening our hearts and learning to receive LOVE
just as we extend LOVE, we become the JOY.

As we become the JOY,
we rediscover that our separateness
is but an illusion
and we move closer to the Divine Spirit.

May Each Day Be Sweeter As We Remember To Breathe Love!

Determination

Beloveds---

Today I Breathe in the

Precious Air of Life.

I clear my mind of all distractions.

Slowly and deeply I Breathe
In Gratitude, and Exhale Love.

Because there is no rush,
I sit and Breathe 10 times.

In Gratitude. Out Love.

My heart fills with courage and determination
with each breath.

 I Breathe Again.

To Move Forward, I must be willing to grow.

I Breathe Deeply. In Gratitude. Out Love.

Only I Can Make the Necessary Changes
in Myself to Move Forward
with Courage and Determination.

I Breathe!

Moving Through Chaos...

Beloveds---

What Does It Take to Persevere Through Times of Confusion and Chaos?

I Breathe Deeply Four Times.   With each breath I inhale, I ask to honor the details of my life with care.  Each time I exhale, I say Thank you for every breath of Love.

I Breathe and Exhale.  Breathe and Exhale.  Breathe and Exhale. I Breathe and Exhale.

Today I Am Grateful.  I joyfully focus on the details of my life and my work.   And because I know there is chaos an confusion in the world;

I will Breathe  and Exhale Deeply With Love; and re-member to  walk carefully with Patience, Persistence and Perseverance.

Be Wealthy In Love

Beloveds----

It is possible that those you have cared for,  supported and Loved will not stand by you  when you Awaken, honor, speak and live  with Integrity in Love's Truth.

Breathe Deeply Ten Times.  Breathe In Understanding and Out Wisdom with Love.

Your heart may feel like it's breaking and tears may come.  Just keep Breathing.  In Understanding and Out Wisdom with Love.

There are people who walk with blinders.  They are caught up and intoxicated  by materialism and immediate gratification.  They know the price of everything, fear losing  what they have acquired and often have  forgotten the value of Love.

Never Forget,  You May Have Been One of Them, Yesterday.  Have Compassion, Humility and Mercy.

Breathe In Understanding and Out Wisdom with Love.   Be Hopeful and Pray for all those who have Not Yet Awakened.

Again, Breathe In Understanding and Out Wisdom.   Love has no price tag and its value is Infinite.

Today, Live Only with Integrity In Love's Truth  and You Will Be Wealthy In Love!

Culture of War!

Beloveds---

This Culture of War masked in hopes of freedom promotes the Death of Peaceful Dreams and makes victims not victors!

For no matter what side wins--- the broken hearts, the missing arms or legs, the sound of bombs, machine guns and mortar mixed with the screams of children, women, and men replay over and over in our brains years later, as Innocent Children Needing Nurturing offer u...
s Love and Attention which in our woundedness we ignore!

When will Humanity learn that Compromise, Cooperation, Forgiveness, Truth, Reconciliation and Love for ourselves and our neighbors is the only pathway of a Good Future?

I Breathe and Exhale Deeply Six Times. I let go of my Fear. I still my heart and allow Hope to Breathe. Together We Pray for the Continuing Awakening of the Human Collective.

May We Continue Open Our Hearts to the Good Possibility of a Shared Future filled with Compromise, Cooperation, Equity, Forgiveness, Truth, Reconciliation, Peace and Love!
